About The Position

Opensity Solutions is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee workplace operations for a prestigious law firm client. This is a highly visible leadership role responsible for delivering exceptional, white-glove service while leading a team office services, reception and records. The ideal candidate is a hands-on, service-driven leader who enjoys building client relationships, developing teams, solving problems, and continuously improving the workplace experience.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma required
  • Previous supervisory or management experience in client service, hospitality, workplace services, office services, or a professional services environment.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and solutions-focused.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to lift/move up to 40 lbs. and handle packages using carts with up to 75 lbs. capacity.

Nice To Haves

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the client and on-site team.
  • Build strong client relationships and ensure exceptional service delivery.
  • Understand client expectations and proactively address needs and concerns.
  • Identify opportunities to improve service and operational efficiency.
  • Lead, coach, and develop all on-site employees.
  • Recruit, interview, onboard, train, and manage staff.
  • Create schedules to ensure appropriate coverage and operational efficiency.
  • Foster a professional, collaborative, service-focused team environment.
  • Oversee daily reception, records and office services.
  • Ensure requests are completed accurately and within established service standards.
  • Maintain professional, organized client-facing spaces.
  • Coordinate mail, packages, couriers, office moves, equipment, and workspace needs.
  • Monitor staffing, productivity, and service performance.
  • Prepare operational reports and support client reviews.
  • Identify and implement process improvements that enhance efficiency and service quality.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, client requirements, and safety procedures.
