The Site Manager will be responsible for directing company programs and implementing company policy to ensure total compliance with contract duties between company and customer. This role involves planning and developing work schedules, inspecting and evaluating the physical condition of establishments, auditing and maintaining inventories, investigating new equipment and methods, and reviewing customer requests for service. The Site Manager will also implement organization policies, analyze budget requests, promote services to develop new markets, and ensure the site meets budget goals. Additionally, this role assists in developing long-range plans, coordinating program specifications, compiling data for estimates, and maintaining financial reports. A key aspect of this position is maintaining a safe work environment, ensuring compliance with regulations, and acting as a liaison between the company, customers, clients, employees, and subcontractors. The Site Manager will also handle human resource concerns and issues, and some travel is required.
