The Site Manager (SM) has full authority and responsibility for assuring performance objectives and standards identified in the contract are met for the site. Responsible for overall management and direction of Protective Services (Security and Emergency Management). Provides overall guidance to functional and operational areas of responsibility, ensuring that activities follow established company policies and procedures, plans and budget directives. Responsible for the implementation of sound financial programs, ensuring that operations are conducted in a cost-effective manner. The SM located at LaRC is responsible for the administration and technical supervision of CGP employees. The SM is the primary representative at LaRC and has CGP’s full autonomous authority to act on matters pertaining to the services under this contract across all functions and acts as primary interface between CGP, the Center CO, and COR.
