About The Position

As a Site Manager, you will provide leadership and oversight to a team that includes Family Case Managers, Mental Health Therapists, Youth Development Specialists, Community Site Coordinators, and Community Service Aides at a Montgomery County Public School. You will be responsible for ensuring quality program implementation, staff supervision, and compliance with organizational and contractual standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in psychology, social work, or a related human services field
• Minimum 1-3 years of experience supervising professional staff in a human services setting (only candidates with documented supervisory experience will be considered)
• Experience collaborating with schools and community-based organizations

Nice To Haves

• Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site of school-based service delivery with direct service staff
• Represent the program at Montgomery County Public Schools (MCPS) and YMCA meetings
• Monitor and ensure contract compliance through documentation and performance in systems such as eICM, internal tracking platforms, and electronic health records
• Identify staff training needs and implement professional development plans
• Foster a positive, and goal-oriented team culture
• Coordinate with school partners to facilitate referrals, obtain consent, and orient families to services
