The Site Manager will be responsible for directing company programs and implementing company policy to ensure total compliance with contract duties between company and customer. This role involves planning and developing work schedules, preparing schedules for service personnel, and inspecting the physical condition of establishments for program compliance, including safety and quality. The Site Manager will also manage inventories, investigate new equipment and methods, and review customer requests to address service issues. They will implement organization policies, analyze budget requests, and assist in promoting services to develop new markets. Additionally, the role involves inspecting facilities, assisting with plans and budgets for modifications, ensuring sites meet budget goals, and developing long-range plans for program improvements. Coordination of program specifications, proposal requirements, and contracts is also a key responsibility, along with compiling data for estimates and maintaining financial reports. The Site Manager must ensure a safe work environment, compliance with regulations (FLSA, OSHA, ADA), and direct supervisory management. They will act as a liaison between the company, customers, clients, employees, and subcontractors, maintaining contract databases and reviewing correspondence. Conducting and attending meetings for communication and assisting with human resource concerns are also part of the role. Some travel is required.
