The Site Manager will be responsible for directing company programs and implementing company policy to ensure total compliance with contract duties between company and customer. This role involves planning and developing work schedules, inspecting and evaluating the physical condition of establishments, auditing supplies and equipment, investigating new equipment and methods, and reviewing customer requests for service. The Site Manager also implements organization policies and goals, analyzes budget requests, and assists in promoting services to develop new markets. They will inspect plants, evaluate space and facilities, assist with plans and budgets for modifications, and ensure sites meet budget goals. Additionally, this role assists in developing long-range plans, conceptual designs, and capital outlay requirements, coordinates program specifications, and compiles data for estimates. The Site Manager maintains and reports on the financial aspects of the business, including labor hours, overhead, supplies, expenses, billing, and forecasting. They are responsible for maintaining a safe work environment, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations (FLSA, OSHA, ADA), and directing supervisory management. This position acts as a liaison between the company, customers, clients, employees, and subcontractors, maintaining contract and contractor status databases and reviewing correspondence. They establish and maintain contact with contractors and conduct/attend meetings to communicate effectively with all stakeholders. Assisting with human resource concerns and issues is also part of the role. Some travel is required.
