About The Position

As a Site Manager with Linxon, you will take full command of all on‑site operations from groundbreaking through grid connection, ensuring the seamless and cost-effective execution of solar and battery‑storage projects. You will lead the field with ownership and urgency, coordinating cross‑functional teams and managing subcontractors to deliver every project safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and compliance. Acting as the critical on‑the-ground link between engineering, procurement, and construction, you will drive progress across start‑up, construction, erection, commissioning, and maintenance phases while resolving issues in real time to prevent delays and protect project performance. Through disciplined oversight, proactive problem‑solving, and steadfast commitment to safety and excellence, you will ensure each project achieves its operational and commercial objectives.
