About The Position

This role offers the opportunity to take full ownership of a clinical engineering operation where decisions shape performance, people, and patient impact. The Site Manager will run the business by overseeing multi-site operations, budgets, and performance with clear accountability. They will build a team that delivers by setting expectations, coaching leaders, and raising the standard of execution. The role involves driving results through translating metrics into action that improves uptime, compliance, and service, and leading from the front by partnering with hospital executives to ensure readiness for every inspection. This is a position of true ownership, where the individual will lead a business within a business, with P&L responsibility and real influence. The expectation is to make decisions, challenge assumptions, and build something better than what was inherited. Requirements

  • 5+ years managing in a clinical engineering environment or proven leadership experience with business acumen (required)
  • Bachelor’s degree in electronics, engineering, or related field or equivalent experience (required)
  • Experience leading teams and driving operational performance (required)
  • Financial management skills (budgets, revenue, costs)
  • Experience requirements will be waived for successful graduates of the TRIMEDX Clinical Engineering Leadership Program.

  • Technical certifications (A+, CBET, CRES, CLES, CCE) preferred
