The Site Manager provides on-the-ground leadership for a single DREAM-Philly afterschool site, ensuring safe, consistent, and high-quality programming for youth Monday through Thursday and Village Mentoring programming on Friday. This role is responsible for the daily operational readiness of the site, direct supervision and support of on-site staff during programming, and serving as the primary point of contact for site-based logistics, family communication, and youth safety before, during, and after programming hours. Work schedule: Monday–Friday, 20 hours/week, 2:00 PM–7:00 PM. Monday–Thursday: standard DREAM-Philly afterschool programming, 3:30 PM–6:00 PM. Friday: Village Mentoring programming, 3:30 PM–6:00 PM. Pre-programming window (approx. 2:00–3:30 PM): site setup, materials preparation, staff huddle, arrival readiness, and communication with school-day staff/administration as needed. Post-programming window (approx. 6:00–7:00 PM): youth dismissal/pickup coordination, site closing procedures, staff debrief, incident documentation, and next-day preparation.
