GENERAL SUMMARY: The RTX Site Support Manager/Reliability Specialist will be responsible for service calls and vendor management.

Requirements

• Experience in manufacturing environment.
• Able to communicate with customers, provide opportunities for new services as they warrant.
• Must be proficient in STAMP database and customer databases, e.g., SAP.
• Willing to be trained and complete all training to obtain Contract Coordinator status per customer requirements.
• Must be well organized and self-directed.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be detail oriented.
• Must be knowledgeable in Microsoft Office products.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Some experience in a management role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the Pratt & Whitney – West Palm Beach, FL account and services.
• Contract coordinator services for K+S vendor contracted work (vendor qualifications, EHS).
• On-site qualification of contractors (Contract Coordinator).
• Manage PM material ordering for planned maintenance requirement vendor services.
• Smart Choice: Identification, Creation, Submission (cost savings).
• Manage service calls for repairs, PMs, and predictive maintenance for vendor services.
• SAP notification and order management for K+S appointed work.
• Manage PM material ordering for planned maintenance requirement vendor services.
• Repairable asset management through K+S STAMP processes.
• Support any additional customer initiatives and requirements.
• All personnel may be required to perform duties outside of their normal responsibilities from time to time, as required.
