About The Position

The Site Inventory Lead manages inventory processes, coordinates off-site warehouse materials, and supports project operations. Responsibilities include preparing reports on site safety and material movement, maintaining records, staging materials for project sites, and coordinating project-specific documentation. This role involves monitoring site materials inventory from receipt to distribution among installation and commissioning teams. The lead will partner with the Installation and Commissioning Teams to ensure timely and smooth allocation of material inventory, support project reporting by identifying shortages and surpluses based on installation material requirements, and engage with the Project Material Manager to prepare personnel for forecasted material delivery dates. Additionally, the Site Inventory Lead will record inventory receipts, stow-away, picking/staging, transportation, and issuance using the Dematic selected Materials Management Tool.

Requirements

  • Strong communication abilities, capable of persuading without formal power and leading efficiently, providing suggestions for timely, principle-centered choices
  • Proven ability to build credibility and confidence with a wide variety of leaders
  • Self-motivation and a desire to build a positive impact on the team
  • Experience in developing and maintaining effective operating/execution cadence reporting
  • Strong team-building skills to improve interaction and efficiency, and the ability to break down barriers and silos
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills
  • Strong PC skills, including proficiency with MS Office
  • Must be able to 100% of the time at different site locations
  • Forklift experience is mandatory

  • Record inventory receipts, stow-away, picking/staging, transportation, and issuance in the Dematic selected Materials Management Tool
