Site Industrial Management Controller

About The Position

The Site Industrial Management Controller participates in, understands, and challenges the monthly closing process. The role analyzes and reports monthly results to management, explaining variances against budget and the prior month across P&L and activity-analysis lines. It consolidates weekly financial performance reporting, KPIs, and Back on Track actions, and contributes to budget and MTP processes. The role also standardizes management-control tools, conducts ad hoc analyses and on-site management-control reviews, supports solutions to inter-site and cross-organizational litigations, and helps ensure appropriate workflows and deployment of standard tools. The position contributes to Valeo’s Ethics & Compliance program by applying and respecting the Code of Ethics and company policies.

Responsibilities

Participate in, understand, and challenge monthly closing.
Analyze monthly results for management, explaining variances versus budget and the prior month across P&L and activity-analysis lines.
Consolidate weekly financial performance reporting and KPIs, including external and internal overdues and internal control.
Consolidate Back on Track actions.
Contribute to budget and MTP processes, including guidelines, recharges, and standard templates.
Benchmark and standardize management-control tools.
Perform specific ad hoc analyses.
Propose solutions to litigations between sites, product lines, and product groups, including transfer pricing and R&D recharges.
Conduct on-site management-control reviews.
Review and pre-validate IAR while ensuring the appropriate workflow is respected.
Review and pre-validate CAA while ensuring the appropriate workflow is respected.
Ensure deployment of standard tools from Group, Division, Product Group, and Product Line within RO.
Contribute to the Group Ethics & Compliance program by applying and respecting the Code of Ethics and Valeo policies.
