Site Industrial Management Controller
About The Position
The Management Controller participates in, understands, and challenges the monthly closing process. The role provides analysis of monthly results to management, including explanations of variances against budget and the prior month across profit-and-loss and activity-analysis lines. It consolidates weekly financial performance reporting and KPIs, including external and internal overdues and internal control, and consolidates Back on Track actions. The position contributes to budget and MTP processes, benchmarks and standardizes management-control tools, and performs ad hoc analyses. It proposes solutions to disputes between sites, product lines, and product groups, including those involving transfer prices and R&D recharges. It also conducts on-site management-control reviews, reviews and pre-validates IAR and CAA in accordance with the appropriate workflows, and supports deployment of standard tools from Group, Division, Product Group, and Product Line within RO. The role contributes to the Group Ethics & Compliance program by applying and respecting the Code of Ethics and Valeo policies.
Responsibilities

- Consolidate weekly financial performance reporting and KPIs, including external and internal overdues and internal control.
- Consolidate Back on Track actions.
- Contribute to budget and MTP processes, including guidelines, recharges, and standard templates.
- Benchmark and standardize management-control tools.
- Perform specific ad hoc analyses.
- Propose solutions to litigations between sites, product lines, and product groups, including transfer-price and R&D-recharge matters.
- Conduct on-site management-control reviews.
- Review and pre-validate IAR while ensuring the appropriate workflow is followed.
- Review and pre-validate CAA while ensuring the appropriate workflow is followed.
- Ensure deployment within RO of standard tools from Group, Division, Product Group, and Product Line.
- Contribute to the Group Ethics & Compliance program by applying and respecting the Code of Ethics and Valeo policies.
