About The Position

MacLellan Integrated Services is seeking a Site Facilities Manager to lead and supervise a team of Maintenance Technicians. The Site Facilities Manager will report to our Regional Business Manager and work closely with our customers to identify maintenance opportunities for improving quality, reducing costs, and increasing efficiency, while managing a team to ensure effective execution. This role requires applying expertise in Industrial Maintenance Operations to ensure all work is performed safely at the highest quality levels. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service, contributing to our world-class customer service reputation. As the Site Facilities Manager, you will work as a business partner with our clients, exceeding their expectations daily by implementing our Best Systems while engaging with our team to share your voice as we collectively identify and eliminate waste to deliver Best Results!

  • Minimum 5 years of Industrial Maintenance experience.
  • High mechanical and electrical aptitude that can be demonstrated through experience.
  • Ability to efficiently utilize maintenance planning software packages such as eMaint, MP2, or Maximo.
  • In-depth knowledge of standard processes, high levels of operational judgment and technical knowledge.
