About The Position

AlphaBEST Education is hiring a Site Director for its before- and after-school program at Eyestone Elementary School in Wellington, Colorado. The program provides extended-day and enrichment activities intended to help students learn and grow in a fun, safe environment. The Site Director leads daily site operations, supports curriculum implementation, maintains a safe and inclusive setting, ensures licensing compliance, and supervises the site team. The schedule is Monday through Thursday, 6:30 a.m.–8:30 a.m. and 2:00 p.m.–6:00 p.m., and Friday, 8:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m. Pay is $20.50–$25.00 per hour, based on experience. The application deadline is November 22, 2026.

Requirements

• Must hold a Colorado Shines PDIS Level 2 credential or higher.
• Ability to work in a classroom environment, including regular bending and lifting up to 25 pounds.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in team leadership and/or supervision.
• Current CPR/First Aid certification; training can be provided if needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily site operations, including schedules, ratios, staffing, and documentation.
• Oversee and facilitate curriculum implementation, ensuring activities meet program expectations.
• Create a safe and inclusive environment aligned with licensing requirements and AlphaBEST standards.
• Prioritize child safety at all times.
• Maintain licensing compliance, documentation, and readiness for inspections.
• Track and manage site resources, attendance, and food program requirements.
• Supervise and mentor the site team, provide coaching and feedback, and ensure training requirements are met.
• Represent AlphaBEST professionally at school and community events.
• Build relationships with families, school staff, and AlphaBEST leadership to support student success.
