About The Position
AlphaBEST Education is seeking a Part-Time Site Director for their Before/After School/Summer Program in Norman, OK. The Site Director will be responsible for ensuring the successful implementation of engaging programs that foster children's development, collaborating with peers and leadership, training Group Leaders, encouraging creativity, and providing a caring, family-oriented environment. This role is crucial in helping children discover and connect with the world around them.
Requirements
- Master Teacher/ CDA certification
- CDA Certification
- CCP Credential
- 12 credit hours in ECE/CD/SA through CECPD
- Oklahoma certificate of Mastery
- 1050 hours of training and take the Master Teachers test (Must show proof of certificate)
Responsibilities
- Ensure the successful implementation of engaging programs that advance the physical, social, emotional, and intellectual development of children.
- Work collaboratively with peers and our Leadership Team to share important program-related information with students, parents, and school administrators.
- Train AlphaBEST Group Leaders on how to complete adventurous tasks that ignite a child's sense of wonder.
- Encourage creativity and intellectual curiosity by establishing clubs that build on the student's interests and talents.
- Provide a caring, family-oriented environment where positive staff, child, parent, and school relationships are fostered at your program site.
