The SFC Site Coordinator is a front-office and administrative support role within the Facilities and Administrative operations structure, reporting directly to the SFC IT Systems & Facilities Manager. This position is primarily responsible for ensuring the organization, coordination, and administrative execution of all front office and facility-related activities. You will act as the central coordination point for office operations, supporting vendor management, scheduling, communication flow, and administrative processes that keep the site running efficiently. As the first point of contact for visitors, vendors, and internal teams, you set the tone for a professional and organized office environment. This role is designed to extend the effectiveness of the SFC IT Systems & Facilities Manager by owning day-to-day coordination, tracking, and follow-through across multiple workstreams. Success in this role comes from strong organization, proactive communication, and the ability to manage competing priorities with precision. This role functions similarly to an executive coordinator, ensuring priorities are organized, tracked, and executed so leadership can focus on higher-impact initiatives. This is an office-based, coordination-heavy role ideal for someone who thrives in an administrative environment rather than a warehouse operations role.
