About The Position

Highstreet is seeking a full-time Site Coordinator for their multi-family, wood-frame project under construction in Peachland, BC. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys organization, safety, and problem-solving, and wants to make a difference. The Site Coordinator will support the Site Superintendent and Assistant Site Superintendent with daily operations, ensuring the site runs smoothly and safely. Requirements

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel), with particular importance on Excel expertise
• Experience working with spreadsheets, tracking data, and maintaining accurate records
• Humble team player, self-motivated, and efficient
• Superior organizational skills and experience managing processes
• Satisfactory criminal and credit check
• Class 5 Driver's License and reliable vehicle required
• Must have a smartphone and be willing to download certain apps for timekeeping etc.

Nice To Haves

• On-site construction experience
• Advanced First Aid certification
• Procore and Blue Beam knowledge/experience
• Competency in reading construction drawings

Responsibilities

• Provide first aid on-site
• Support the Site Superintendent and Assistant Site Superintendent with construction and site-related administrative needs
• Identify roadblocks, gather information, and coordinate solutions to keep site operations moving forward
• Coordinate delivery tracking, issue PO’s, support material procurement, and follow up on other project needs
• Deliver site orientations to new workers on site
• Conduct accident and injury investigations

Benefits

• Annual Salary: $70,000-$90,000 ($33.65-$43.27/hr)
• Annual Bonus based on company performance (typically ~14% of annual salary)
• Investment Opportunity: Opportunity to invest in projects with a 50% match from Highstreet, up to 20% of annual salary (TFSA and RRSP eligible)
