About The Position

As a Site Coordinator in our After School Program, you’ll lead a team that creates a safe, inclusive, and fun environment for elementary-aged children. You’ll guide daily program operations, coach and support staff, and build strong relationships with families and school partners. This year-round position continues into the summer, where you’ll step into a leadership role in our Y Day Camp program!
Requirements
- Must be at least 20 years old
- Must meet EEC qualifications of a Site Coordinator
- A minimum of 1 year of previous experience working with school-aged children in a program setting
Nice To Haves
- Associate or bachelor's degree preferred
- Leadership experience in youth programs, childcare, or camp settings
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Familiarity with EEC licensing and a commitment to safety and inclusion
- The ability to stay organized, flexible, and upbeat in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
- Leading and supporting your team to deliver high-quality, enriching activities
- Ensuring program safety and compliance with licensed childcare regulations
- Building strong connections with students and families
- Managing schedules, materials, and administrative needs
- Inspiring kids through play, learning, and meaningful mentorship
