About The Position
Nemours is seeking a Neonatology Site Chief to join their team at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital in Philadelphia, PA. This role involves providing vision, oversight, and guidance to a team of neonatologists and advanced practice providers in a 40-bed Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU). The Site Chief will collaborate with leadership within the Department of Pediatrics at Nemours and at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital.
Requirements
- Pennsylvania state licensure
- Board certification in Neonatal Perinatal Medicine
- Previous leadership experience
Responsibilities
- Provide vision, oversight, and guidance to a team of neonatologists and advanced practice providers.
- Serve patients in the Neonatal Intensive Care unit.
- Work collaboratively within the Department of Pediatrics at Nemours.
- Work collaboratively with leadership at Nemours and Thomas Jefferson University Hospital.
