The Site Administrator is responsible for establishing temporary project sites, including the setup of dock space, heavy lift yards, medical facilities, site offices, and utilities. This role involves sourcing materials and procuring operating safety supplies and services such as spill kits and DOT drums. The administrator will maintain records of requisitions, purchase orders, and repair orders, and manage project safety documentation (EOS, JSA, confined space, etc.). Key duties include preparing weekly payroll, filing timesheets, and managing ADP. They will also prepare reports on new hires, equipment damage, weekly operations, and injury and illness incidents. The role requires purchasing approved parts, supplies, and consumables for offices, shores, and vessels, and labeling/receiving new material in FIIX Systems. The Site Administrator is responsible for tracking on-site receipts from purchases and assisting Site Managers, Contract Managers, Project Managers, and SSHOs with administrative and clerical duties. The position also involves participating in safety and environmental initiatives to ensure compliance with State/Federal regulations and improve existing Company programs.
