About The Position

Under supervision, with latitude for independent initiative and judgment, this role is responsible for the general management of the Parks Information Technology and Telecommunications (ITT) worksite. The position involves troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving computer operations, providing workstation support to desktop users, and performing network administration and account management. Additionally, the role includes performing basic levels of service maintenance, conducting hardware and software installations, and responding to escalated requests for assistance in a timely manner. The Site Administrator will also perform follow-up on existing and closed work orders and, when necessary, serve as a point of escalation to address customer concerns and prioritize workflow.

Requirements

  • A baccalaureate degree from an accredited college in computer science, engineering or a related field and four years of satisfactory full-time experience related to information technology service management, process management, operations.
  • A baccalaureate degree from an accredited college and eight years of satisfactory full-time experience related to information technology service management, process management, operations.
  • Education and/or experience which is equivalent to the above.
