We are looking for a Site Administrator to be responsible for managing our administrative and office activities at our facility in Hayward. These responsibilities will consist of a broad range of activities including providing clerical support to the site leadership team, serving as liaison between HR corporate and on-site employees, performing HR related tasks, and responding to many ad hoc support requests.

Requirements

  • GED or equivalent and 2-3 years’ administrative work experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft office including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
  • Must be organized with the ability to handle multiple priorities and anticipate needs and requirements.
  • Ability to work independently and positively adapt to change of priorities while maintaining a level of professionalism.
  • Ability to perform under pressure, and the ability to handle and/or resolve conflict in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Possess excellent customer relationship and people skills.
  • Ability to maintain a safe work environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in HR and/or customer service
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resources management
  • Bilingual is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as onsite liaison for employees that need assistance with HR matters including communicating needs, requests, and issues with corporate HR—ensure that employees can get help with their needs.
  • Support and assist with rolling out corporate HR communications and programs as requested from corporate HR.
  • Perform administrative support including preparing reports, presentations, and other communications.
  • Coordinate with site management to maintain accurate training logs for department level certifications, safety trainings and to track safety infractions including uploading incident reports to employee profile and record all OSHA injuries with company systems.
  • Ability to coordinate, track, and follow up on FedEx and UPS shipments to ensure timely delivery and issue resolution
  • Help build a site culture that is respectful, collaborative, positive, enjoyable workplace, and instills trust in management.
  • Other ad hoc duties to support leadership.
