About The Position

Dewberry is seeking an entry-level Site Acquisition Coordinator for its Electric Vehicle (EV) team. This role is ideal for individuals in or near Boston, MA; Baltimore, MD; Fairfax, VA; Richmond, VA; Philadelphia, PA; Orlando, FL; Denver, CO; Parsippany, NJ; or Atlanta, GA, with flexibility for remote candidates who meet the criteria. The position involves assisting with site acquisition services, including EV permitting research, data management, and vendor coordination. The Coordinator will track project deliverables, schedules, and financials, and oversee projections for timely milestone completion. This is an entry-level opportunity with potential for growth into roles involving Real Estate, ROW acquisition, and Telecommunications.

Requirements

BS degree preferred.
0-3 years of site acquisition experience overall, on EV, wireless and wireline projects.
Strong interest in working for EV and Telecommunications clients delivering integrated services.
Candidates with a strong understanding and experience working in a collaborative manner are desired.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong skills using Microsoft programs including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
A willingness to learn and expand knowledge in real estate, advanced technical programs, and business is essential.
Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

Assisting with performing site acquisition services, including EV permitting research, data management, and vendor coordination.
Tracking project deliverables, schedules, and financials.
Overseeing projections for timely achievement of milestone complete dates.
Working collaboratively with Dewberry’s design teams on projects.
Tracking projects and reporting schedules and forecasts of tasks on a site-by-site basis.
Reporting to a Site Acquisition Project Manager and being responsible for the successful execution of site acquisition services, client satisfaction, project delivery, and technical quality.
Coordinating site acquisition services within an established network of offices.
Utilizing corporate technical expertise and resources, as well as subject matter experts on the experienced team.
