About The Position

ODW Logistics is hiring full-time Sit Down Forklift Operators for its warehouse in Groveport, Ohio. Operators work either the first shift, Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., at $20.50 per hour, or the second shift, from 3:30 p.m. to 11:30 p.m., at $22.00 per hour. These are not seasonal positions. The role involves operating a sit-down forklift, case picking, and repeatedly lifting objects weighing up to 50 pounds during the shift. Employees spend 95% of their time on the warehouse floor in a fast-paced, cold-storage environment and may work moderate overtime and occasional weekends or different shifts on short notice. Requirements

Previous experience operating sit-down forklifts.
Previous stand-up forklift experience.
Ability to case pick and repeatedly lift up to 50 pounds throughout the shift.
Ability to hear, read and comprehend, write, and communicate.
Ability to focus and see at close and distant ranges, with depth perception, with or without corrective lenses.
Pass a pre-employment drug test and background check.
Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, including continuous sitting, typing, and repetitive wrist motion, and occasional standing, walking, bending, squatting or kneeling, twisting or turning, and reaching.
