About The Position

The SIOP Supply Planner is responsible for driving the supply planning and execution processes within the Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning (SIOP) framework for the Thermal product portfolio. This role ensures supply plans are synchronized with demand signals, production capacity, and inventory strategies to achieve customer service, cost, and working capital objectives. The planner partners closely with manufacturing sites, procurement, demand planning, and business operations to ensure robust, feasible supply plans that align with business priorities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 3–5 years of experience in supply planning, SIOP/IBP, or production planning within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes and SIOP principles.
  • Experience with ERP and planning systems (e.g., SAP, Kinaxis, OMP, or equivalent).
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (Excel, Power BI, Tableau).
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills; able to work cross-functionally and influence without authority.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and make sound decisions.

Nice To Haves

  • APICS/ASCM CPIM or CSCP certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain the supply plan within the SIOP process, balancing demand, supply, and inventory for the Thermal Management business.
  • Translate demand plans into production and material requirements in collaboration with factories, buyers, and suppliers.
  • Lead supply reviews to highlight risks, constraints, and mitigation plans; communicate trade-offs to stakeholders.
  • Monitor and manage inventory health, including safety stock levels, excess, and obsolescence for assigned products.
  • Collaborate with manufacturing and procurement to identify and address capacity or material constraints.
  • Participate in monthly SIOP cycles, providing data and insights for supply, demand, and reconciliation meetings.
  • Partner with finance and operations to align supply planning assumptions with budget and forecast cycles.
  • Drive continuous improvement in planning processes, system parameters, and cross-functional communication.
  • Support new product introductions and product transitions, ensuring seamless integration into the supply plan.
  • Track and report key supply metrics, including on-time delivery, supply adherence, and inventory performance.
