About The Position

The SIOP Analyst Intern supports cross-functional teams in tracking the lifecycle of advanced flight simulator builds, from early engineering design and software integration through hardware assembly and qualification. The intern uses industry-standard scheduling tools to help streamline production timelines, evaluate critical paths, and contribute to on-time customer delivery. The role offers hands-on experience and insight into FlightSafety International’s culture and business philosophy.

This is a paid, 10-week internship beginning June 1, 2027, and concluding August 4, 2027. Interns are expected to work 40 hours per week.

Requirements

• Must currently be enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program working toward a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
• Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher at the time of application; GPA must be included on the resume.
• Fundamental knowledge of computer programs, techniques, and concepts relevant to the area of application.
• Strong work ethic, self-motivation, and a positive, personable approach with the ability to develop relationships.
• Excellent critical-thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information.

Nice To Haves

• A major in Business, Supply Chain, or Engineering is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Learn the company’s brand, customers, product goals, and service operations.
• Rotate through assigned divisions and provide ideas to grow and improve the business.
• Research designated business-focused projects, propose ideas and solutions, and present a final project during the internship.
• Engage with customers or clients and provide service and/or sales.
• Suggest improvements to customer service and internal processes.
• Learn and become proficient with internal software systems.
• Support cross-functional teams in tracking simulator builds, streamlining production timelines, evaluating critical paths, and supporting on-time delivery.
