This is a hands-on healthcare simulation operations role supporting Air Methods’ training centers. The position combines operating, programming, and maintaining CAE and Gaumard simulators, troubleshooting audiovisual, computer, and clinical equipment, preparing realistic simulation environments, props, and moulage, and supporting instructors and learners before, during, and after sessions. The role also involves managing equipment, supplies, schedules, documentation, and safety compliance. This is a remote position with travel between simulation centers approximately 50% of the time, and candidates should be based in the Denver area or willing to relocate. The ideal candidate has at least three years of healthcare simulation experience, strong technical troubleshooting skills, basic medical knowledge, and comfort working with cadaveric or animal tissue. A bachelor’s degree is required within four years of hire and CHSOS certification within two years.
