About The Position

The Signal Analyst is responsible for processing and managing engineering and production signals within the system while ensuring accuracy and data integrity. This role requires an understanding of BOMs, manufacturing assemblies, and Engineering Change Notices (ECNs). The successful candidate will assess the impact of engineering changes and collaborate with stakeholders across engineering, planning, and operations.

Requirements

• Data entry, data management, and data analysis skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3-5+ years of experience in an analytical role.
• Strong understanding of BOMs and manufacturing assemblies.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Nice To Haves

• Engineering knowledge.
• Experience in the aerospace industry.
• Experience with ERP systems.
• Knowledge of SQL, Power BI, or other reporting tools.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Process signals and updates within the planning system.
• Enter and manage ordering information related to engineering changes.
• Analyze the impact of Engineering Change Notices (ECNs) on production and manufacturing activities.
• Assess how engineering changes affect timelines, BOMs, assemblies, and deliverables.
• Monitor lead-time changes and ensure updates are reflected accurately.
• Track and maintain data through designated workbenches and reporting tools.
• Collaborate with engineering, planning, and production teams to ensure changes are properly understood and implemented.
• Ensure all relevant updates are processed and communicated to stakeholders.
