We are currently seeking a Signage National Account Manager to be primarily responsible for prospecting, development, and closing accounts in our target market segments including: retail, hospitality, petroleum, financial, communications, corporate, stadiums/arenas, municipal, healthcare, grocery, drug stores, restaurants, and consumer services. Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 - 5 years in Sales/Business Development or Customer facing Account/Program Management; 3+ years' experience in each role; experience selling to sign industry product and services preferred
  • History of at least $1M in net new sales per year
  • Demonstrated ability to acquire and grow new accounts and build deep relationships within an organization
  • Proven track record of daily prospecting through phone, email, LinkedIn and other channels
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including strong presentation skills and the ability to produce high quality error-free work
  • Excellent organizational skills and problem-solving capabilities needed to work in a fast-paced work environment
  • Strong sense of professionalism and courtesy
  • Computer literacy/proficiency; including effective working skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, LinkedIn, Microsoft Teams and experience with Sales ERP systems
  • Travel will be required as necessary, 15-30%

Responsibilities

  • Make cold calls, follow-up calls, networking engagements, emails, and LinkedIn connections to identify qualified prospective clients daily.
  • Seek and set up conference calls, in-person meetings, video conferences, and RFI/RFP invites
  • Maintain a qualified lead and RFP pipeline, and update our CRM system as needed
  • Research and identify new business opportunities.
  • Attend and work trade shows - r esearch / establish contacts and set meetings in advance of trade shows and maintain post-event contact to create business opportunities
  • Explore and understand prospective customer needs and develop solutions to address these needs.
  • Work with our Project Management, Design, and Estimation team to develop and deliver proposals for signage projects, rollouts, and rebranding initiatives
  • Follow the ASG business development process and rules of engagement.
