About The Position

C.C. Creations, the largest printing and embroidery company in the state of Texas, is hiring a SIGN & BANNER DEPARTMENT MANAGER to join an ambitious and growing team. A Sign & Banner Department Manager works directly with the VP of Manufacturing and production staff to oversee all Sign & Banner operations. Employees at C.C. Nice To Haves

5+ years’ experience in graphics/sign shop operations management
Experience performing vehicle wrap with vinyl
Advanced computer skills with Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite
Excellent communication and leadership skills to provide clear directions to staff members
Exceptional attention to detail and organization
Motivation to be a team player with a service-oriented mindset
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline driven work environment

Responsibilities

Manage the day-to-day operations of the Signs & Banners Department with an emphasis on efficiency, profitability, and quality.
Serves as the primary liaison between sales, art, and production.
Working manager capable of stepping into production during peak demand.
Partners with the VP of Creative on standard operating procedures, KPI ownership, and overall profitability.
Coordinate and maintain the production and installment schedule
Maintain stock of regularly used materials
Coordinate contracts as necessary
Design and create various signs
Prepare substrates for installation
Install and remove adhesive and vinyl graphics
Operate machines such as printers, plotting cutters, laminators, panel saw, etc.
Uphold safety and compliance standards
