This role supports the Banner ERP environment by assisting in the design and implementation of database operations, data integrity processes, and disaster recovery procedures, including testing and documentation. The Banner Administrator II performs complex and specialized SIS support functions such as troubleshooting, analysis, research, debugging, and problem resolution while collaborating closely with technical and functional stakeholders across the institution.
