About The Position

Sierra Brand Marketing Supervisor supports Influencer campaigns and Earned efforts. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, Sierra, this role is specifically responsible for implementing influencer and Earned strategies and programming to help drive the success of Sierra. The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter who thrives working independently yet is also comfortable being hands on and collaborating within a team. This role offers valuable exposure to broader brand marketing functions and provides a strong opportunity to expand and deepen your overall marketing skills.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of ad agency or client-side Advertising/Marketing experience.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience managing influencer programs
  • Use and solid understanding of a range of social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.
  • Communication is key - strong oral and written communicator, comfortable providing clear feedback grounded in brand strategy
  • Interest in retail and the off-price business
  • A great teammate who collaborates well and enjoys building relationships with partners across multiple fields with the ability to navigate different team dynamics
  • Exhibits strong attention to detail, organization and time management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in influencer and Earned strategy development and creation of impactful, engaging multichannel programs and content to help drive consideration, attract prospects, and further engage brand fans.
  • Supervise Influencer content in partnership with brand, creative, and external agency partners to ensure our business model is reflected in a social-first way. This includes writing briefs & leading always-on creative evaluation, feedback & approvals.
  • Nimbly partner across the team on managing content calendar across all channels while providing creative recommendations and optimizations based on merchandise priorities, trends, and social performance.
  • Partner with agency to discover, vet, select and contract both ongoing and ad-hoc influencer partners.
  • Assist in implementing Earned programming with external agency, including creative evaluation, feedback/and approvals.
  • Assist agency with drafting talking points and selecting merchandise for broadcast segments.
  • Be responsible for all Grand Opening press release drafts and reviews.
  • Assist in managing inbound press inquiries in partnership with agency and Global Communications.
  • Partner with internal teams as needed including Legal, Global Communications, Media and Marketing teams
  • Supervises the day-to-day management of the influencer and earned budgets including invoicing, tracking expenses, reconciling monthly projections and representing the team in monthly budget meetings.
