Requirements
- Proven experience installing windows, doors, roofs, gutters, or siding, or experience in the home improvement industry; a minimum of 2 years is preferred.
- A FEIN (Federal Employer Identification Number) is required for the subcontractor/1099 arrangement; candidates without a FEIN may be a fit for a W-2 position.
- Ability to lift up to 100 pounds, work at heights, climb ladders, and perform physical labor.
- Ability to work independently and solve problems at the jobsite.
