About The Position

Perfect Choice Home Solutions is seeking experienced, reliable siding installation subcontractors to complete residential siding installation projects for customers in Central Illinois. This is an opportunity for established contractors and professional crews to work with a locally owned, family-operated home improvement company. Projects, scope of work, compensation, and payment terms will be established through a subcontractor agreement.

This is an independent subcontracting opportunity, not W-2 employment. Subcontractors are responsible for their own business operations, tools, transportation, insurance, crew, and applicable taxes. The company offers consistent project opportunities, professional team support and project coordination, and the possibility of a long-term working relationship.

Requirements

• Proven experience installing residential siding.
• An established siding installation business or crew.
• Own vehicle, tools, equipment, and crew.
• Valid business registration and any applicable licenses required for the work.
• Own General Liability insurance and Workers’ Compensation coverage, as applicable and required by law.
• Reliable communication, professionalism, and attention to detail.
• Ability to complete projects according to agreed-upon schedules and quality standards.
• Commitment to keeping job sites clean and treating homeowners’ properties with respect.
• Responsible for own business operations, tools, transportation, insurance, crew, and applicable taxes.
