About The Position
Perfect Choice Home Solutions is seeking experienced, reliable siding installation subcontractors to complete residential siding installation projects for customers in Central Illinois. The opportunity is intended for established contractors and professional crews; it is an independent subcontracting opportunity, not W-2 employment. Projects, scope of work, compensation, and payment terms will be established through a subcontractor agreement. Subcontractors are responsible for their own business operations, tools, transportation, insurance, crew, and applicable taxes. The company offers consistent project opportunities, professional team support and project coordination, and the opportunity to build a long-term working relationship with a locally owned, family-operated home improvement company. Candidates should provide their company and contact information, siding installation experience, service area, crew size and availability, and confirmation of required insurance coverage.
Requirements
- Proven experience installing residential siding.
- An established siding installation business or crew.
- Own vehicle, tools, equipment, and crew.
- Valid business registration and any applicable licenses required for the work.
- Own General Liability insurance and Workers' Compensation coverage, as applicable and required by law.
- Reliable communication, professionalism, and attention to detail.
- Ability to complete projects according to agreed-upon schedules and quality standards.
- Commitment to keeping job sites clean and treating homeowners' properties with respect.
