About The Position

The Parking Spot is hiring professional, non-CDL Shuttle Drivers to safely and courteously transport customers between parking facilities and airport terminals. Drivers provide customer service, assist with luggage, complete vehicle inspections, and follow applicable commercial vehicle regulations. The role is full-time and scheduled for late evenings, overnight shifts, and weekends. Pay is $15 per hour, plus cash and mobile tips, with regular bonus opportunities.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• High school education or equivalent.
• Maintain a satisfactory driving record in accordance with the Employee Handbook.
• Hold applicable licenses or badges required by governing authorities to operate a commercial vehicle.
• Be willing to pass a physical as required by airport, federal DOT, and/or state regulations.
• Read and speak English sufficiently to converse with the public, understand highway traffic signs and signals, respond to official inquiries, and make reports and records required under DOT regulations.
• Ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds to assist with luggage, with or without an accommodation.

Nice To Haves

• Previous driver and/or customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport up to 15 passengers between airport terminals and The Parking Spot locations while following safe driving practices.
• Perform appropriate pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Greet customers warmly and offer assistance with luggage.
• Provide pleasant customer service.
• Demonstrate knowledge of the parking facility and airport terminals.
• Cooperate with team members to provide the best possible service.
• Cross-train for other frontline positions as directed by management.
• Comply with applicable regulations and requirements for operating commercial vehicles.
• Perform additional duties as reasonably requested by management.
