About The Position
Preston Auto Group is looking for a Shuttle Driver to transport customers between the dealership and their home or business, ensuring every guest has a safe, friendly ride. As our Shuttle Driver, you'll be one of the first and last faces customers see during their visit — driving safely, assisting passengers as needed, and keeping the shuttle clean and running smoothly. When not on the road, you'll pitch in with errands and light building upkeep, making this a great fit for someone reliable and ready to help wherever needed.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Current valid driver's license (CDL not required)
- Ability to follow directions and communicate clearly with passengers
- Reliable attendance and a safe driving record
Responsibilities
- Drive a passenger van (up to 15 passengers) or passenger vehicle to transport customers, logging mileage
- Assist passengers in and out of the vehicle as needed
- Follow customers' directions to arrive at the desired destination
- Monitor vehicle maintenance and fuel levels
- Run errands for the dealership as needed
- Keep shuttle vehicles maintained and clean when not transporting customers or running errands
- Maintain regular and predictable attendance
- Perform other duties when not driving, such as custodial and light building maintenance tasks
