About The Position

Gray Line Tennessee is seeking professional, customer-focused Shuttle Drivers to provide safe, reliable, and courteous transportation services on designated shuttle routes throughout Middle Tennessee. Shuttle Drivers are assigned to a specific route and generally maintain a consistent schedule; however, flexibility is required to support operational needs and must be open to working morning, afternoon, or evening shifts.

Requirements

Must be at least 25 years old.
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with Passenger (P) Endorsement required.
Must possess a clean driving record.
No more than one moving violation within the past three (3) years.
Must be able to pass a background check and drug test.
Demonstrated experience providing exceptional customer service.

Nice To Haves

Previous professional driving experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Safely operate shuttle vehicles in accordance with all federal, state, and local traffic laws and company policies.
Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and accurately complete required documentation.
Provide outstanding customer service to all passengers.
Maintain punctuality and adherence to route schedules.
Communicate delays, service disruptions, and operational issues to management.
Maintain all required licenses, certifications, endorsements, and qualifications.
Comply with all DOT regulations and company safety standards.
Participate in required training, meetings, and safety programs.
