About The Position

As a Shuttle Driver, you will provide safe and timely transportation for guests to and from the hotel and local attractions, and offer recommendations for restaurants and tourist activities. You may also support front desk operations. The role calls for highly motivated team members with a passion for hospitality and creating an exceptional guest experience. Duties may adapt to meet evolving business needs. All offers are contingent on background checks, and employees must adhere to Newport Hospitality Handbook policies. Requirements

• Valid driver's license.
• At least 3 years of driving experience.
• Clean driving record.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours.
• Ability to lift, walk, stand, and sit for the entire shift.

Responsibilities

• Transport guests courteously and efficiently.
• Maintain the cleanliness and safety of the shuttle vehicle.
• Assist guests with luggage and other belongings.
• Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations.
• Provide recommendations for restaurants and tourist activities.
• Support front desk operations as needed.
