About The Position

Shuttle Drivers are the first point of contact for guests, welcoming them with a smile and warm greeting and assisting with on-site transportation. They provide directions, anticipate guests’ needs, and deliver exceptional customer service. The role supports patients, their families, and fellow team members in a healthcare setting. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and the listed pay is $20.00 per hour. Bilingual Spanish-English candidates with experience working with Spanish-speaking communities are welcome.

Requirements

• Be at least 23 years old.
• Have at least 5 years of continuous driver's license experience; licenses suspended or expired within the last 3 years are not accepted.
• Have at least 3 years of shuttle driver experience in a similar role.
• Have no at-fault accidents within the last 5 years.
• Have no points on the driver's license.
• Have no more than 2 minor moving violations within the last 3 years.
• Have no major moving violations within the last 5 years.
• Have no alcohol- or drug-related violations within the last 3 years.
• Have a positive teamwork mindset and a positive, friendly attitude.
• Be able to provide exceptional 5-star customer service.
• Have a clean-cut appearance and reliable transportation.
• Pass a driving test.
• Successfully complete background and motor vehicle report screening; clean criminal and driving records are required.
