About The Position

The Shuttle Driver performs timely and friendly airport pick-ups and drop-offs for hotel guests. The role also involves assisting guests with luggage, explaining hotel facilities, supporting guests during check-in and check-out, and helping with parking as needed. The position requires an active driver's license and frequent ability to pass motor vehicle background inspections. It may involve some or frequent lifting of guest luggage.

Responsibilities

• Perform timely, friendly airport pick-ups and drop-offs for guests and inspect vehicles.
• Explain hotel facilities, their locations and hours of operation, and answer guests’ questions about the facilities and hotel.
• Check and handle luggage for day and overnight guests.
• Maintain the designated lobby station and remain alert to be readily summoned for guest assistance.
• Open doors and greet guests in a friendly and courteous manner.
• Keep the bell stand, lobby, and baggage room clean; clean lobby doors and windows when not busy assisting guests.
• Maintain communication between shifts through proper use of the intershift log.
• Deliver messages and valet items to guest rooms.
• Show guests to their rooms and assist with luggage as needed.
• Perform guest room valet duties as required.
• Assist the front desk with key inventory as needed.
• Comply with attendance rules and be available to work regularly.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
