About The Position

Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking a dynamic, service-oriented Bellperson / Shuttle Driver to provide hospitality to hotel guests. The role includes assisting guests with luggage and other items, supporting guest-room needs, and operating and maintaining the hotel van. The position requires at least one year of experience as a Bellperson, a high school education, and the ability to pass a motor vehicle record check and drug screening.

Requirements

• At least one year of experience as a Bellperson.
• Minimum of a high school education.
• Ability to pass a motor vehicle record check and drug screening.
• Ability to multitask.
• Ability to work as a team player.
• Ability to exceed guests' expectations.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with carrying luggage and other items to their rooms.
• Help with changing guest rooms, delivering messages, or requesting taxis for guests.
• Operate the hotel van to transport hotel guests.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the hotel van.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
