About The Position

The Shuttle Driver performs airport pick-ups and drop-offs for hotel guests and provides friendly, courteous assistance throughout their arrival and departure. The role includes helping with guest luggage, explaining hotel facilities, assisting guests at check-in and check-out, and parking vehicles as needed. The position requires an active driver's license and the ability to pass motor vehicle background inspections. Some or frequent lifting of guest luggage may be required.

Requirements

• Active driver's license.
• Ability to pass motor vehicle background inspections.
• Ability to lift guest luggage, sometimes frequently.
• Ability to work on a regular basis in accordance with attendance rules.

Responsibilities

• Perform timely, friendly airport pick-ups and drop-offs for guests and inspect vehicles.
• Explain hotel facilities, their locations and hours of operation, and answer guest questions about the hotel.
• Check and handle day and overnight luggage for hotel guests.
• Maintain the designated lobby station and remain alert and available to assist the front desk.
• Open doors and greet guests in a friendly, courteous manner.
• Keep the bell stand, lobby, baggage room, lobby doors, and windows clean.
• Maintain communication between shifts using the intershift log.
• Deliver messages and valet items to guest rooms.
• Escort guests to their rooms and assist with luggage as needed.
• Perform guest room valet duties as required.
• Assist the front desk with key inventory as needed.
• Follow attendance rules and maintain regular availability for work.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
