About The Position
As a Shuttle Driver, you will provide safe and timely transportation for guests to and from the hotel and local attractions. You will also offer recommendations for restaurants and tourist activities and may support front desk operations. Duties may adapt to meet evolving business needs. All offers are contingent on background checks, and employees must adhere to Newport Hospitality Handbook policies.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license and at least 3 years of driving experience.
- Clean driving record.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours.
- Ability to lift, walk, stand, and sit for an entire shift.
- Adherence to Newport Hospitality Handbook policies.
- Offer is contingent on a background check.
Responsibilities
- Transport guests courteously and efficiently.
- Maintain the cleanliness and safety of the shuttle vehicle.
- Assist guests with luggage and other belongings.
- Follow traffic laws and safety regulations.
- Provide recommendations for restaurants and tourist activities.
- Support front desk operations as needed.
