About The Position

This position will work with our guest services department in providing exceptional hospitality to our guests and owners. Drives shuttles to transport owners and guests by performing the following duties in a courteous, helpful and professional manner.

Requirements

2 years of previous work history/education required
Must have valid driver’s license without limitations or restrictions and meet company’s insurability standards
Communicate clearly in English, both verbal / non-verbal, and written
Interact and maintain positive relationships with guests, co-workers and management consistent with Steamboat Ski and Resort Company’s Service Excellence standards
Minimum 5 years prior driving experience. This experience can be professional driving or gained through personal driving demonstrated by maintaining continuously a valid driver’s license.
Must be a minimum 18 years of age

Responsibilities

Drives shuttle vehicles in a safe manner to transport guests &owners to/from individual properties or central check-in area to ski area, downtown, or other local attractions during their stay.
Assists guest with loading / unloading of skis, luggage or other personal items.
Operates a cell phone app or similar device to communicate with Dispatcher, front desk and other shuttles driver, to receive instructions, report schedule, disruption of service, or accidents.
Promptly reports any accident to direct supervisor and follows the specified accident procedures.
Compliance with all company policies and procedures as well as any regulatory requirements
Other duties as assigned
