About The Position

The Driver will be responsible for transporting full goods and raw materials between our manufacturing facility and warehouse facility located in proximity. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth flow of products to maintain our production levels.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
Valid Class A CDL License.
Minimum of 2 years of CDL driving experience (preferably in manufacturing or warehouse settings).
Clean driving record with no major violations.
Knowledge of DOT regulations and safety requirements.
Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
Ability to lift and maneuver heavy goods (up to 50 lbs.).
Familiarity with food safety regulations (FSA, USDA) and quality assurance practices (GMPs).
Good communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Responsibilities

Safely operate commercial vehicles to haul full goods and raw materials between designated locations.
Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the truck and trailer to ensure safety and compliance.
Load and unload materials, ensuring proper handling and weight distribution.
Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including quantities, dates, and destinations.
Communicate effectively with the Kit Plant and Warehouse teams to coordinate pickups and deliveries.
Follow all safety regulations and company policies while operating vehicles.
Report any equipment malfunctions or maintenance needs promptly.
Adhere to DOT regulations and company safety standards at all times.
Flexibility to work overtime and non-standard hours as needed, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Perform all other duties as assigned.
