About The Position

As a mixer, you will be required to cut in bags into the mixer, operate a mixer, and pre-weigh ingredients for each batch as instructed by the mixer controller. You will also be required to dump trash at the end of the shift and ensure your mixing department is clean prior to the next shift coming onboard. This role involves preparing various dry mix products for packaging and sale, reading and interpreting the mixing schedule, operating a forklift to transport and stack ingredients, weighing up ingredients per batch sheet and mix schedule, placing ingredients in the mixer, preparing the mix, and cleaning mixers. You will also provide QA with product samples, maintain a clean work environment, document mixing activity, and complete all required paperwork accurately and in a timely manner.

Requirements

High School or equivalent
Communication skills
Able to work in fast paced, high pressure environment
Able to physically lift 10kg weight consistently
Able to work in a warm environment
Must be flexible for overtime and weekend work

Responsibilities
