About The Position

LAZ Parking is hosting a Job Fair in Kansas City! We are seeking experienced and dedicated shuttle drivers to join our team. LAZ provides a reliable transportation service with a commitment to safety while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and excellence in our operations. The LAZ Shuttle Driver is responsible for the effective, efficient, and safe transportation, loading, and unloading of passengers and employees to and from assigned destinations, ensuring all activities support the safety and welfare of all passengers.

Requirements

• 3 or more years of driving experience.
• Comply with Federal DOT, State Rules/Regulations, and Company Policy.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Valid Driver’s License with passenger endorsement if applicable for state regulations.
• Ability to successfully perform and pass a DOT physical examination.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays.
• Ability to bend at the knees or squat frequently throughout a shift
• Willingness to work in inclement weather (rain, sleet, snow, heat, high wind, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Safely operating company vehicles.
• GET 100 (Greet, Engage, and Thank the Guest - 100% of the time).
• Assist passengers when boarding and exiting the vehicle including ADA passengers if applicable.
• Effectively communicating and working in a team environment to achieve maximum productivity.
• Demonstrate the ability to work self-sufficiently while performing daily tasks as a professional driver.
