About The Position

The Shuttle Driver (Non-CDL) safely and courteously transports customers between The Parking Spot parking facilities and airport terminals. The role provides a welcoming customer experience, assists with luggage, and supports team operations. This is an on-call position, with shifts available between 9:00 am and 8:00 pm and between 11:00 pm and 7:00 am.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• High school education or equivalent.
• Maintain a satisfactory driving record in accordance with the Employee Handbook.
• Hold applicable licenses or badges required by governing authorities to operate a commercial vehicle.
• Willingness to pass a physical as required by airport, federal DOT, and/or state regulations.
• Ability to read and speak English sufficiently to converse with the general public, understand highway traffic signs and signals, respond to official inquiries, and make entries on reports and records in compliance with DOT regulations.
• Ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds to assist with luggage, with or without an accommodation.

Nice To Haves

• Previous driver and/or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport up to 15 passengers between the airport terminal and The Parking Spot parking locations, following safe driving practices.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Greet customers and offer assistance with luggage.
• Provide pleasant customer service.
• Demonstrate knowledge of the facility and airport terminals.
• Cooperate with team members to provide the best possible service.
• May cross-train for other frontline positions as directed by management.
• Comply with applicable regulations and requirements governing commercial vehicle operation.
• Perform additional duties as reasonably requested by management.
